The Delta Armory R15 FREYA Gen.2 12.5" represents the next evolution of the highly successful FREYA platform. Developed around Delta Armory’s “Full Upgrade No Compromise” philosophy, this second-generation rifle combines premium internal components, a robust full-metal construction, and the advanced GATE Aster II ETU system to deliver exceptional performance straight out of the box.
Internally, the FREYA Gen.2 is built for durability, consistency, and responsiveness.
The reinforced gearbox is equipped with CNC-machined components throughout, including a CNC piston head, cylinder head, nozzle, stainless steel cylinder, and spring guide. Durable 16:1 CNC gears work in conjunction with a high-torque motor and a full steel-tooth piston to provide rapid cycling and reliable operation under demanding conditions. Accuracy is enhanced by a 6.03 mm precision inner barrel and rotary hop-up chamber, ensuring excellent consistency shot after shot.
The 8 mm metal bearings, durable steel gear train, and SHS tappet system further contribute to the rifle’s long-term reliability. At the heart of the system sits the GATE Aster II optical ETU, one of the most advanced electronic trigger units available for AEG platforms. The Aster II delivers lightning-fast trigger response, programmable fire modes, adjustable trigger sensitivity, active braking, pre-cocking, battery protection, and extensive customization options.

Externally, the FREYA Gen.2 features a modern full-metal construction inspired by the firearms of Slovak manufacturer Grand Power.
The lightweight 12.5-inch M-LOK handguard provides ample space for accessories while maintaining excellent handling characteristics. A steel flash hider, adjustable rear sight, unique serial number, upgraded Delta Stock V2 with rubber buttpad, and redesigned pistol grip complete the package.
Additional features such as the QRS Gen.2 quick spring change system and quick motor access allow users to adapt the rifle quickly for different field requirements without extensive disassembly.
