Built entirely from stainless steel with a glass bead satin finish, the revolver is engineered to withstand the extreme pressures generated by the .460 S&W Magnum cartridge. The X-Frame construction provides the strength required for repeated Magnum use while helping absorb recoil and maintain controllability. Despite its compact 3.5-inch barrel configuration, the revolver remains remarkably manageable thanks to its overall weight, ergonomic synthetic grip, and integrated muzzle brake system.

At the heart of the revolver is the renowned Performance Center tuned action. Carefully hand-fitted and refined by Smith & Wesson’s Performance Center gunsmiths, the trigger system delivers a smoother and more consistent double-action pull alongside a crisp and precise single-action break.
