S&W M&P 15 AXE SBR

The Smith & Wesson M&P15 AXE SBR series was developed for shooters who demand maximum versatility, reliability, and suppressor-optimized performance in a compact AR-platform rifle. Available in both 11.5-inch and 14.5-inch configurations, the AXE SBR combines modern ergonomics, premium components, and advanced gas system technology into a lightweight yet rugged package designed for professional use, dynamic shooting, and demanding range sessions. Built around a forged 7075-T6 aluminum receiver set, the M&P15 AXE SBR is chambered in 5.56 NATO and engineered to perform under a wide range of conditions.

At the core of the system is the Gemtech GVAC® upper, specifically optimized to reduce gas blowback when shooting suppressed. This creates a cleaner, more comfortable shooting experience while maintaining reliable cycling and consistent performance. Both models feature fully ambidextrous controls, making manipulations intuitive for both left- and right-handed shooters.

A Radian Raptor charging handle ensures fast and positive operation, while the enhanced bolt carrier group with chromed firing pin is built for dependable ignition and long-term durability. The rifles are equipped with a Midwest Industries Combat M-LOK free-float handguard, providing a rigid and stable mounting platform for optics, lights, lasers, grips, and other mission-specific accessories. The AXE SBR lineup ships with Magpul furniture, including the adjustable CTR stock, delivering excellent handling characteristics and a secure shoulder fit.

Williams folding sights come standard, allowing immediate out-of-the-box usability while still leaving ample room for modern optic setups. The customizable M&P grip with interchangeable backstraps allows shooters to tailor ergonomics to their personal preference.
